We assess what’s surfacing — what part of your story wants to come home — and what internal defenses need permission to stand down. From there, we design a customized 3–6 hour deep-dive that respects your pace, your thresholds, and your need for safety.

Modalities used may include:

• EMDR (for reprocessing trauma without retraumatizing),

• IFS (to build trust with the parts of you that carried the load), and

• Somatic integration (because the body keeps score, but it also keeps wisdom).

You’ve been trained to act under pressure. To compartmentalize. To lead from the front — even when the cost is invisible. But at some point, the strategies that kept you alive out there start to work against you in here.

That’s where therapy intensives come in.

This is about creating a space solid enough for your nervous system to unload what it’s been carrying too long alone.

After the intensive, you’ll receive a follow-up session to support integration, plus custom grounding practices and written reflections to help your system digest the work.
